Tahini Oatmeal - yup, I went and did it.

Tahini Oatmeal
1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (instant, fast cooking, steel cut - you pick!)
1 small apple (I used a Mac), chopped small
1-2 Tbsp Thompson raisins
1 Tbsp light roast tahini
1/2 cup almond milk

Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then pour almond milk on top!
Makes 1 serving.


This was surprisingly delicious. The tahini added a nice light nutty flavor and the sweetness from the apple and raisins enhanced its flavor even more. I have a feeling more tahini experiments are to come...
